Vicenza, 24/04/07 – The deed of transformation establishing “Fiera di Vicenza Spa” was signed today, Tuesday 24 April 2007, in Vicenza Fair’s Fogazzaro Room. Signing the deed drawn up by the notary, Gianpaolo Boschetti of Vicenza, were representatives of the three Founding Bodies – the President of the Province of Vicenza, Manuela Dal Lago, the Mayor, Enrico Hüllweck, and the President of the Chamber of Commerce, Dino Menarin – as well as representatives from the business associations that are partners in the new joint stock company: the Director, Lorenzo Maggio, representing the Association of Industrialists, Giuseppe Sbalchiero, President of Assoartigiani (Association of Artisans), the Director, Andrea Gallo, representing Confcommercio (Federation of Commerce and Tourism), Mariano Rigotto representing Apindustria (Small and Medium Industry Association), Silvano Scandian, President of the CNA (National Federation of Artisans and Craftsmen), Diego Meggiolaro President of Coldiretti (Italian Farmers' National Federation) and Linda Spina, President of Confagricoltura (General Federation of Landowners), Vicenza.
Following the transformation the new company structure will therefore be as follows.
Dino Menarin is to be Chairman of Fiera di Vicenza Spa and he will be flanked by two Vice-chairmen, Michele Amenduni and Sergio Rebecca.
Sitting alongside the Chairman and two Vice-chairmen on the Board will be Manuela Dal Lago, Enrico Hüllweck, Valentino Ziche and Diego Meggiolaro.
